Swaying public opinion has never been an easy task. 现在, with the rise of the internet and social media, the job has become even more challenging and critical. Through persuasive strategies, content marketing and media relations, companies large and small rely on PR professionals to establish, gain and maintain a positive public image.

To kickstart a successful career in public relations, you’ll need to be able to conduct extensive research and draw conclusions from your findings, solve complex problems by employing critical thinking skills, demonstrate stellar written and verbal communication skills, and exercise grit to implement your solutions effectively.

The Department of Journalism and 媒体制作 designed this program based on full-time faculty’s years of real-world industry experience and input from several respected working professionals across the country.
