Danielle has taught writing and literature at various universities including the University of 丹佛, Virginia Commonwealth University, 约翰逊 & Wales, and the University of Notre Dame. She is dedicated to helping students of all backgrounds navigate their degree paths.

In addition to managing the office, Susan assists students in the writing process for the 国内流离失所者 proposal essay and coordinates the university's 一位地铁 program. She is a 2013 graduate of the 国内流离失所者 program with a bachelor’s degree in Literacy and Diverse Learners.
