None of us exist in a vacuum outside of the world we live in, and many people find themselves experiencing a variety of emotions and experiences as the events of the world impact our humanity. 对于许多, these experiences can be amplified when the current sociopolitical events that are occurring directly relate to their cultural identities and lived experience, while others without these experiences may still find themselves particularly impacted by the sociopolitical environment. This workshop is intended to provide a space to facilitate increased self-awareness into how sociopolitical environments influence our mental wellbeing, reflect on how cultural identities influence these experiences in order to facilitate empowerment, 建立社区, and identify strategies to maintain both individual and community wellness.

很多人都幻想过, 或者开始探索, relationships that step outside traditional one-on-one monogamy. Perhaps you dream about maintaining several long-term sexual and intimate relationships. Maybe your dream is a number of close 朋友hips that may or may not include sex. Maybe the idea of genital sex holds not much interest for you, 但你还是要形成一种温暖, 一两个充满爱的伙伴关系, 或三个. 也许你想要一夫一妻制, 而是由你和你的伴侣决定的, rather than the restrictions of the greater culture. Maybe you want to be part of a couple that occasionally shares a bed with others but reserves romantic love for just the two of you. All of these, and many more, are part of the world of ethical non-monogamy. If you have ever had thoughts or questions about this world, come to this workshop to hear about how to explore this world and get some of your questions answered.

你有没有想过你的梦意味着什么? Do you have the same dream repeatedly and wonder why? Do you wake up from a dream and think, “That was crazy!”? People have been assigning meaning to dreams as long as we have been having dreams. 他们可以是生动的,强大的,或者只是简单的奇怪. But they almost always provide a window into our subconscious. Come to this workshop and take a look through that window.
